STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.
  2. Customers have the right to refuse the product upon delivery if it has any visible defect or damage.
  3. In case of refusing a defective or damaged product, the shipping/delivery fee must still be paid and is non-refundable.
  4. All products must be received sealed and unopened. Customers should check the condition of the package before accepting the delivery.
  5. Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged.
